Objective

Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.

Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.

Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and risk mitigation measures are in place.

Support system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure enhancements.

Collaborate with technical teams to align infrastructure with application and business requirements.

Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.

Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role.
